SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program Description. Equity Capital Mortgage Group (Company NMLS #2289160) sends two types of text

messages: (a) transactional and informational messages related to your loan application or client relationship (such as application links, loan status updates, document requests, and appointment reminders), and (b) marketing messages about our products, services, rates, and promotions for those who have expressly opted in to marketing messages.

2. Opt-In. By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, whether through our website forms, a loan application, or other written consent, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages (including messages sent using an autodialer) from Equity Capital Mortgage Group at the number provided, and you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions, our website Terms and Conditions, and our

Privacy Policy, each incorporated herein by reference. Your consent remains in effect until you opt out. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of obtaining a loan or purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and the status of your application or relationship.

4. Fees. Message and data rates may apply. Standard charges from your wireless carrier may apply to each message sent or received. Contact your carrier for details.

5. Opt-Out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP (or QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or

UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message. Your opt-out applies to all text messages from Equity Capital Mortgage Group. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. You may also revoke consent by any other reasonable means, and we will honor revocation promptly.
